Nominations are Now Open for the 2025 Alberta Muirhead Teacher Awards! We are pleased to announce that the annual Teacher Awards, nominated by students, are now open for submissions. This esteemed award is sponsored by the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce and presented by LaFontaine Automotive Group. We encourage Edsel Ford students to take part in recognizing our outstanding Thunderbird teachers! Please be advised that the nomination deadline is Friday, March 7, 2025, at 5 p.m. The online nomination form can be accessed on both the Dearborn Public Schools website and the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce website and on the form below.
Each student may nominate no more than two teachers. High school students are asked to articulate how their nominated teacher has inspired them to pursue their educational and career goals, as well as how the lessons learned are applicable to these aspirations.
