Hey readers! Looking for a book to read? Stop by Mr. Remington’s classroom, room C-5, and grab a book called The Whisper Man by Alex North. We have a limited amount, so hurry! Anyone interested in joining, our last meeting will be on June 15th after school from 3-4.
The Edsel Ford Interact Club is looking for volunteers to participate in Blessings in a Backpack on Wednesday, June 1 from 6 – 7:30 pm.
Blessings in a Backpack provides weekend food/snacks to Dearborn elementary students. See the Interact Club page, Ms. Salsberry or Mrs. Mahar for more information.
Yearbooks
Yearbooks will be on sale at Lunch. If you would like to buy a 2021 (last year’s yearbook) there still are some available for $75. If you would like to pre-order a 2022 yearbook (this year’s yearbook), you can do so at lunch or after/before school in F-9 Mr. Pletzke’s classroom for $75.
If you buy a 2021 and 2022 at the same time during the month of May , the cost for both will be $125. Payments can be CASH or CHECKS made out to Edsel Ford.
Athletics
Edsel Ford Football
For anyone interested in playing football this coming fall, there will be a meeting Thursday at 3:00 PM in the cafeteria. We will be discussing the summer conditioning program and expectations for the season. There will be a weight lifting session afterwards.
Cross Country
If you are interested in the Cross Country running team there will be a meeting in E-2 on Thursday June 2 at 330pm. We will discuss the summer workout program, answer your questions about the sport, and fundraising. If you have any questions please see Mr Brooks in E2.”
