Job Fair
The City of Dearborn is hosting a summer job fair with many different opportunities for anyone 16 and older.
Great summer and part time jobs.

Student Council
The applications to run for class office for 2025 (Freshmen), 2024 (Sophomores) and current juniors wishing to run for Student Coordinating Council 2023 can either pick up applications from Mr. Tyler in C-3 or from the Main Office. Make sure to take the application that matches your class standing.
Seniors
- Attention Graduates: Submissions for the Senior Speech for Class of 2022 Commencements are now being accepted. This is open to any graduating senior who would like to speak. Please submit a copy of your typed speech, no more than 2 minutes long, by 3:00 pm, Friday May 6th to farajk@dearbornschools
Clubs
2022 Marching Band
There is a mandatory student & parent meeting tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Come meet the EFHS Marching Thunderbirds, instructional staff, and fantastic group of students!
The Interact Club is looking for Blessings in Backpack volunteers for Wednesday, May 4 from 6 – 7:30 pm. ALL students are welcome and will earn 1-1/2 Community Service hours. See Mrs. Mahar or Ms. Salsberry if you have questions.
Coding Club will have a meeting today after school in room A204BCoding .
Talent Show
Esdel’s Got Talent is May 13 during 5th and 6th hours. If you purchased a ticket, you will need to check in with your 5th hour teacher on the day of the show to get your ticket. If you are participating in the talent show, we will have rehearsals after school on Thursday, May 12.
Senior Prom
Senior Prom is less than a month away on Sunday, May 22 at the Henry Hotel. Seniors may purchase tickets during lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s $50 per person or $90 for a couple. You can also purchase your tickets from Mrs. Hodge before or after school in room E8.

Yearbooks
Yearbooks will be on sale at Lunch. If you would like to buy a 2021 (last year’s yearbook) there still are some available for $75. If you would like to pre-order a 2022 yearbook (this year’s yearbook), you can do so at lunch or after/before school in F-9 Mr. Pletzke’s classroom for $65.
If you buy a 2021 and 2022 at the same time during the month of April , the cost for both will be $125. Payments can be CASH or CHECKS made out to Edsel Ford.
