The Dearborn Public Schools is asking parents of our high school students if they would be interested in having their teens receive a COVID vaccination once the students are eligible.
If your child is age 16 or older, enrolled in the Dearborn Public Schools, and you are interested in him/her getting the COVID 19 vaccine, please complete this form for each child meeting these requirements by midnight on Thursday, March 25, 2021.
THIS IS NOT PROMISING A VACCINE, ONLY TRYING TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON THE NUMBER OF PARENTS WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HAVING THEIR CHILD VACCINATED.
Having this information will help in our efforts to possibly arrange for student vaccination clinics. School administrators are in discussions with different organizations about potentially vaccinating interested students once they are eligible. Dearborn Schools does not yet know if, when, how, or where any student vaccinations would occur. Students will not be required to receive the vaccine. Participation in any vaccination event would be voluntary, and a parent would have to agree to the vaccination for children younger than 18.
