Attention Juniors and Seniors…Are you are interested in a career in law enforcement, emergency medical technician, fire fighter, or local government? If so, please sign up in the counseling center for an upcoming informational meeting hosted by the Dearborn Chief of Police and the Dearborn Fire Chief.

The Annual Benefit Concert featuring the best and brightest of our student performers will take place today at 7:00 pm in the auditorium.  Proceeds from this concert will benefit a local charity.  Please join us for an enjoyable evening of instrumentalists, singers and actors.

All Edsel Ford parents, staff and students are invited to support the Class of 2017 at the Drive 4 UR School fundraiser today from 4 pm to 8 pm.  Test drive a Ford vehicle and $20 will be donated to the Class of 2017. 

There will be a MSA meeting this Friday after school.  We will have elections for next year and everyone is invited to attend.

The last day to purchase Senior Prom tickets will be Friday, May 8th.  Senior Party tickets will be available to purchase today and Friday, May 8th in the cafeteria with Mrs. DeVries or any day in the main office.  The last day to purchase Senior Party tickets will be Thursday, May 21st.

Any senior girl who is in need of a prom dress, please see the social workers. 

Would you like to be a Link Leader? Link Leader applications are available in the main office, counseling, and outside Mrs. Haddad’s office.  Please turn them into Mrs. Haddad this Friday, May 8th.  

REMINDER 10th graders!!!!   If you have been accepted to the Collegiate Academy, YOU MUST  turn in their yellow forms no than this Friday by 2:15 to the counseling department.  If you were accepted and did not get a yellow form, pick one up in the counseling dept.

Come support your class this Friday, May 8th at 4pm as they compete in the PowderBuff Volleyball tournament in the large gym. Watch as each class attempts to bump, set, and spike their way to school champions! Admission is $3. Hope to see you there!

SENIORS ONLY! Test out forms for second semester are available in the counseling office. Forms must be signed and returned to your counselor no later than today.

Rent a Link Leader is being postponed until this Friday, May 8th.  Keep buying tickets to rent your favorite Link Leader.  Winners will be announced on May 7th.  Thanks for your support!  

SENIORS ONLY: It’s that time of the year again when we begin looking for an “At Large” speaker for graduation. This is open to all seniors.  Interested seniors should submit a speech (5 mins long), to Mrs. Hall in the main office by Friday, May 15, 2015.

The clinics and auditions for Edsel Ford’s colorguard are today from 4:00 – 6:30pm in the band room. Remember, no experience is required and everyone is welcome to audition. For more information please see Mr. Armstead or one of this year’s color guard members.

Want to play dodgeball?  Come grab an application upstairs outside Mrs. Haddad’s office or in the main office.  Entrance fee is $30 per team and must be returned to Mrs. Haddad with the team roster by May 15th.  The dodge ball tournament will be held Thursday, May 21st after school and all proceeds will be donated to the family of our dear friend Tam Tam.

Drama Club will meet today after school.  Troupe Initiation, the performing arts banquet, and final preparations for the Annual Benefit Concert will be our topics for discussion.

GSA Club will meet Friday, May 8th in the choir room after school.  Please plan to attend and bring a friend.  We will be helping formulate some statistical data so your input is important. 

The Class of 2017 will be hosting a tin can raffle today in the school parking lot from 4-8 pm during the Drive 4 UR School fundraiser.  There are some great prizes to be won ranging from $25 to $250.
