Wanna be a Link Leader?  Come get an application from Mrs. Haddad upstairs or in the main office or in counseling.  All applications are due by Friday, May 8th to Mrs. Haddad.

Link leaders will be having a meeting on Friday, April 24th in the media center at 6:55am.  Please make every effort to be there!

Want to rent a link leader??  Starting Monday, April 20th you can buy raffle tickets for $1 to rent your favorite link leader for the day.  Winners will be announced on April 3oth.  Money raised will go towards Kids Against Hunger!

NHS s collecting new and gently used children’s books. We would like to encourage students to bring in books. The collection box for the books is in the counseling office.

Any freshman interested in running for class office please pick up an application from Mrs. Haddad. Please read the application form and make sure you meet the criteria to run for office: GPA, attendance and deportment.

Congratulations to Waheeb Said! With an estimate of 21,250 books he has won the contest for guessing how many books there are in the Edsel Ford Library! If you would like to know how many books there are in our library, then visit the Media Center today!

Attention Freshmen, Sophomores & Juniors. Do you love to dance and perform? Edsel Ford High School is holding auditions for their 2015 colorguard. Colorguard is a performing art that combines dance with flags and other equipment to create a crowd dazzling performance. Clinics and auditions are April 27-29 from 4:00 – 6:30pm in the band room. No experience is required! – ALL are welcome. For more information, please see  Mr. Armstead or one of this year’s colorguard members.

There will be a mandatory MSA meeting TODAY, Friday after school in Room A-2. Be sure to attend.

Congratulations to Mrs. Bauman’s SSR class!  They won the March is Reading Month contest and a Pizza party on Friday.  The class read over 20,000 pages in a month!  Honorable mention prizes go to Herr Sedore’s class and Mrs. Jones / Ms. Girolomo’s class.  Congratulations to all, and keep reading!

All football players 9th through 11th grades, all money for the Football Fair on May 1 will be due ASAP Give checks to Coach Tyler or Coach Mac. Discussions on academics, admissions, the recruiting process, the College Board and training will take place on this date.

All boys freshman basketball players who have not received their pictures or still owe  uniforms to coach McCathney,  please see him by TODAY, Friday. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY YOUR LAST CHANCE!

WE WILL have ASAP classes during MSTEP testing days this week and next week.

Seniors:  It’s that time to ask your special someone to the Prom. Tickets will be on sale everyday during both lunch periods until May 8th.  Couples tickets are $90 and single tickets are $50. Guest passes are available in the Student Office.
