DAILY BULLETIN

STUDENTS! If you have lost anything please check the lost and found in the student office. Anything left in the lost in found after Friday, February 28th will be disposed of.

Sponge Dance will be held on Friday, March 14th. Guest passes are available in the student office. If you plan to invite a non-Edsel student to the dance, they MUST have a guest pass. Passes MUST be returned by turned be Friday, March 7th. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Alright runners, today is the day! The Edsel Ford Running Club will meet today after school at 3:40 in front of A210 (upstairs). No experience necessary. Bring comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and a good attitude. Any questions, see Mr. Belknap.

 

This Wednesday from 7:20 am-7:42 am  all students who took the Explore, Plan and ACT test on November 19th should report to their testing room.  All seniors who took the Compass test should report to the Auditorium. Room assignments have been posted on Gold Paper in the following 3 locations:

  • Media Center
  • Across from Main Office
  • Cafeteria 

ATTENTION ALL BOOK LOVERS: We will discuss “The Fault in Our Stars” by John Green on March 11th after school in E2.  See you there!

Do you like to make videos?  Are you a safe driver?  The LINK crew will be hosting a video competition about driving less distracted.  The video must be between 3-7 minutes long, include statistics on safe driving, and be entertaining!  Please submit your video to Mrs. Haddad before March 10th.  Winner will receive a $150, second place will receive $50!  Top two videos will be submitted into a national competition.

Computer Apps and written performance exams (PE Health) will be on March 5th at ASC with check-in between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm in the ASC Boardroom.

COLLEGE VISIT UPDATE:  THE FOLLOWING COLLEGES WILL BE VISITING EDSEL FORD:

Today– Schoolcraft College, Wednesday, Feb. 26th – Northern Michigan University, Thursday, Feb. 27th – U of M Ann Arbor Thursday, Feb. 27th

Deadline for the Response to Bullying Video Contest is March 3rd. Please submit your video to Ms. Haddad before March 3rd.

Tutoring for today after school has been cancelled.

Enjoy “A Night on the Town” with that special someone by asking them to the Sponge Dance which will be Friday, March 14th.  Tickets are now on sale during both lunch periods and reasonably priced at $25 for a single ticket and $45 for a couples ticket.
