Would you like to travel to Europe? Ms. Katzman is planning a trip to France and Spain in 2015. There will be an informational parent meeting on Feb. 4 in room E-9 at 6pm. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Seniors: Turn in your baby picture for the senior party contest and you could win some great prizes. Please write you name on the back of the picture and no picture larger than 4 x 6 will be accepted. Turn your picture in to Mrs. Keveney in the main office no later than Friday, May 9th.
ATTENTION SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS AND SENIORS: COLLEGE PRESENTATION VISITS are coming to Edsel Ford! Several colleges have been invited to make individual presentations during the weeks of February 3rd, February 10th and February 24th. If you are interested, you must sign up in the Counseling Office by today. Each visit will be held during 7th hour.
Class Representatives for 2015: There will be meeting after school today at 3:25 in B5 to discuss the location for Prom.
Reminder: Student who were assigned Wednesday after school detention for January 29th will need to report to detention on Wednesday, February 5th. If you do not report to this reschedule after school detention, you will be suspended the following day. Thunderbirds, let’s make this a productive second semester.
Students who are part of the AAYSP Mentoring Program will be blue slipped on Wednesday, Feb. 5th during 1st hour for their first meeting with the professional mentors in the cafeteria.
ASAP classes will start on Tuesday, February 11th. If you have registered to take a class, please make sure you have received your schedule from the Student Office.
Students! If you are missing any coats, boots, books, hats, scarves, mittens, glasses, etc., please come to the student office and retrieve your things. Any items that are left in the lost and found after February 3rd, will be donated.
Would you like to earn community service hours and help out some future Thunderbirds? Long Elementary is seeking Edsel Ford students to tutor some of their elementary students. See Mrs. Haddad upstairs in A200 if you are interested!
Hey Seniors, how would you like $500? Edsel Ford Booster Club is offering a $500 scholarship to one female graduating athlete and one male graduating athlete. Applications are available in the main office and must be returned to the main office no later than March 28th.
