DAILY BULLETIN

Thanks to the Green Club for helping plant 143 trees in the Trinity/Burt area of Detroit last Saturday!  We had wonderful weather and a great time!  If you are interested in planting trees with us on Oct. 26th please see Mrs. Haddad for a permission slip upstairs.  You will receive community service hours and be a part of a great organization! 

Any students interested in going to the scariest haunted house in Michigan??  We will be taking a bus load of students down to Erebus on Tuesday, Oct. 29th.  The cost will be $35 and needs to be turned in by Oct. 21st to guarantee yourself a spot.  We will return back to Edsel by 9pm.  Please see Mrs. Haddad for permission slips. 

Are you interested in business, computers, technology, economics or the medical field?  Would you like a great addition to your college resume?  Business Professionals of America will be having their first informational meeting on October 23rd @ 2:20 in Room E-3.  Snacks will be provided!  All are welcome!!

Any student interested in taking dual enrollment classes next semester needs to fill out a blue slip to see their counselor immediately.  The deadline to register for dual enrollment is next Friday, October 18.  In order to be eligible for dual enrollment you may not have failed any classes at Edsel Ford.

Students, Friday, October 25th is the Undergrad Honors Ceremony.  If you haven’t received an invitation and feel you should have, please see Ms. Hall in the Main Office ASAP!

Saturday, October 26th, don’t miss the opportunity to travel to Cedar Point! Permission slips are available in F-9 and seats are going fast! Reserve your spot today!

There are Plastic recycle boxes in each hallway near the paper recycling bins. Please notice that one is labeled “paper only” and one is labeled “bottles only” DO NOT THROW YOUR TRASH IN THESE BINS!

There will be a pizza sale every Friday at 2:20 and 3:20 at the corner of C Hall & F Hall And near the front entrance in A Hall. 1 slice of Pizza costs 1 Thunderbuck!

All boys 9th-12th grades who are interested in wrestling this season, there will be a 15 minute information/sign up meeting on Friday October 18th at 3:30 in the wrestling room. 

Seniors: If you expect to be pictured in the yearbook, your senior picture is due to Ms. Daly by October 25th.

 

STUDENTS!  EVERY FRIDAY IS SCHOOL PRIDE DAY.  WEAR YOUR EDSEL FORD SHIRTS OR BLACK AND WHITE!! SHOW YOUR SCHOOL PRIDE!!!

Students:  You should always have a book to read every day!!
