Students taking the ACT here are a few reminders:

  1. NO CELL PHONES brought into the testing rooms at all.  If you have a cell phone on you in the testing room your test will be void and you will not be allowed to retest.  No test no diploma
  2. YOU MUST have a current school ID to test, No test no diploma
  3. Testing room assignments are posted outside of the main office by the auditorium, outside of the cafeteria, outside of counseling and in F Hall outside of F8 by the sliding glass doors.
  4. Remember to get a good night sleep and there is a free breakfast for day one of testing only.  The breakfast is served in the cafeteria and all testing students are to report to the cafeteria by 7:20 and then report to your testing room by 8:00am.

Attention all students:

Before you leave school today, please make sure to check your room assignment for testing. All rosters and room assignments will be posted on Monday. If you cannot find your name on the roster, make sure you let your counselor or an administrator know immediately.

 

 

Today is the perfect day to purchase your Sponge Dance ticket because you will not have the opportunity to purchase them on testing days this week. Sponge Dance tickets are responsibly priced at $25 for a single ticket and $45 for a couples ticket.  Guest passes are available to purchase for only $5 in the student office.

 

Attention girls field hockey players:  There will be a short meeting after school on Thursday, March 7th in the cafeteria.

 

Attention Edsel Ford Book Club:  We will pick a new novel and discuss “Divergent” in room E2 on Thursday, March 7th after school.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

 

The Edsel Ford Talon is an annual literary magazine that will be published at the end of the school year. Students and staff are invited to submit original artwork, poetry, short stories, or literary nonfiction by Friday, March 22, 2013. For further information, please see Ms. Prieur in room F-9.

 

Boys and Girls Track Athletes:  Conditioning for the upcoming track season will begin Tuesday, March 5th at 2:35 in the cafeteria.  If you have not participated in a fall or winter sport you will need to have an updated physical to Mr. Tyler before March 12th which is the first day of track.  Physical forms are available from Mr. Picano, Mr. Tyler or in the Main Office.

 

Sponge tickets prices are $25 for a single ticket and $45 for a couple. Guest passes are available in the Student Office.

 

Any boy interested in playing golf this spring must attend a short informational meeting TODAY, Monday, March 4th after school in room B-9.

Attention student athletes:  Your winter athletic banquet will be Wednesday, March 20th at 5pm. Banquet forms are available in the Main Office and must be returned to either Mr. Picano or Mrs. Keveney by Friday, March 15th.
