Attention all students who ride the bus: There will no longer be an after school bus on Mondays. The after school buses will be available Tuesday thru Friday only. Please make alternative arrangements for transportation on Mondays only.
Congratulations to the following Edsel Ford High School Instrumental Music students who performed at this year’s Michigan School Band and Orchestras District 12 District Solo and Ensemble Festival Saturday, January 12 at Livonia Franklin High School: Jasin Lin, Bryan Meyerscough, Ricardo Gomez, Kinsey Burnett, and Sean Bryan – Division I Ratings (an excellent level of performance and musicianship); Danielle Finley, Michael Nelson and Carlos Fernandez – Division II Ratings (a very good level of performance and musicianship). All Division I medal recipients are eligible for State Solo and Ensemble Festival on March 23 at Farmington Harrison High School. It is interesting to note that All Edsel Band and String students who performed, received medals (I or II Ratings) for their efforts.
If you have a textbook or materials fine, your schedule for the 2nd semester will be held. Please see Mrs. Keveney in the Main Office regarding questions about your textbook fine.

Attention Seniors: The Senior All Night Party will take place the night of your graduation June 15th at the Dearborn Racquet Club. You can register to attend this special event during both lunches either Tuesday, January 15th or Tuesday, January 29th for only $35. Additional days to register for the Senior All Night Party will be announced in future bulletins.
Edsel Ford Adult Athletic Booster Club is holding a raffle for a new iPad with Retina Display16 GB. Tickets are $5.00 each or $20.00 for 5 tickets. The drawing will be held FEBRUARY 1, 2013 during halftime of the Boys Varsity Basketball game. Tickets are available from any of the booster board members, sporting events and concession stand or Mrs. Keveney in the Main Office.
Don’t forget….Drive Safe videos are due to Mrs. Haddad by FRIDAY, Jan 18th!!! $100 goes to the first prize video. The video has to address distracted driving, be 5 minutes or less, and give statistics on how unsafe driving while texting/ talking/eating can be.
Hey LINK Leaders! There will be a brief meeting THIS Thursday Jan. 17th before and after school in the media center. If you are involved in sports and cannot do the after school meeting, you can attend the morning meeting at 7am in the media center. After school the meeting will begin at 2:25 and last until 2:45 in the media center. It is mandatory that you come to one of these two meetings! Don’t forget to RSVP to Mrs. Haddad through edmodo.
