If you are interested in helping Ms. Daly create an Edsel Ford Photo Club, please come to F13 right after school on Wednesday, September 19th.

Next Week is Spirit Week at Edsel!  During Spirit Week we dress up each day in a fun way to celebrate being a Thunderbird with pride.  Here’s the schedule:

Monday, Sept. 17th:  Students dress like old people/teachers dress like the students 

Tuesday, Sept 18th:  Floaty Device- students wear floatation devices to school

Wednesday, Sept 19th:  Zombie day

Thursday, Sept. 20th:  Senior dress up day/underclassmen wear PJs

Friday, Sept. 21st:  Black and White Day

Don’t forget…..Friday will be the Freshmen Tailgate at 3pm and Homecoming Game @ 7pm against Romulus!

The Edsel Ford Booster Club will be selling merchandise during open house.  We have hoodies, sweat pants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops and hats.  So stop by our table to see our wide selection of EF items.  We accept check or cash.

OPEN HOUSE WILL BE SEPTEMBER, 25TH @ 6-8 PM.

On Friday, September 21st at 3pm the Link Crew and freshmen academy will be hosting our annual freshmen tailgate in the back by the baseball field.  There will be hot dogs and hamburgers, twinkie eating contests, limbo, three legged races etc.  We want to show our freshmen the pride we have as Edsel Ford Thunderbirds and support our football team during Homecoming weekend! This event is for freshmen and Link Crew only.

Students who are behind in credits and need to make up classes should see the counselors to sign up for A.S.A.P Night School classes.  Fall semester for Night School classes will begin September 18th. 

Attention Student Drivers:  All student vehicles must have a new parking sticker to park in the student lot.  Student parking stickers are available in the Main Office for $20 and must be on your windshield before Friday, September 14th.  Vehicles without the new stickers will receive one written warning before receiving a $70 ticket. 

Students:  The Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, September 22nd.  If you are bringing a guest from another school to the dance, you MUST turn in a guest application to the student office no later than Friday, September 14th.  Guest pass applications are available in the student office.

Students:  All free and reduced lunch forms are due to the student office no later than Friday, October 12th.  If you had free and reduced lunch during the past school year, you will be able to get lunch until October 12th.  YOU MUST FILL OUT A NEW APPLICATION for every school year. 

Come spend “An Evening inParis” at the Homecoming Dance.  Tickets will be on sale during both lunch hours from the Senior Class Representatives.  Single tickets are $25 and Couples tickets are $45. 

Any student who was suspended in the last marking period of last school year or any suspensions in this school year will not be allowed to attend the homecoming dance!!

If you have not had your pictures taken yet or you need this year’s student ID, you will be blue-slipped out of class THIS Friday, Sept. 14.

Please do not go to the Attendance Office to get a new ID.

Once again, any student who needs a new student ID for this school year will be blue-slipped out of class this Friday, SEPT 14TH.
