STUDENTS! THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS WILL BE ON CAMPUS THURSDAY, MARCH 22ND DURING BREAKFAST AND DURING BOTH LUNCHES TO REGISTER 18 YEAR OLD STUDENTS WHO WOULD LIKE THE PRIVLEDGE TO VOTE.
HEY SENIORS!! This year’s prom will be held at the Hyatt on Sunday, May 20th. Tickets will be on sale the week after spring break.
The NHS will be hosting a fundraiser for the Dearborn Animal Shelter. Donate a dollar to have a picture of your pet on the NHS board. Put your name and pet’s name on the back of the picture. Don’t have a pet? Donate a dollar and put your name on the board. Proceeds will go to the Animal Shelter. NHS will also be conducting a contest looking for the cutest pet on the board with a gift card for the winner? Deadline will be Monday, March 26th. Bring donation and picture to counseling office.
Senior Spanish NHS students, your graduation cord money is due Tuesday, March 20th. There will be an NHS meeting Tuesday, March 20th.
Congratulations to the following seniors for being named to the Sponge 2012 King’s Court: Colin Colter, Troy Hanson, Hossam Hojeij, Tommy Prato, Brandon Stanhope and Manea Yahya. Come to Sponge tonight to see on the one them crowned King of Sponge 2012! Tickets on sale during both lunches today.
Attention Winter Athletes: Banquet forms must be turned in to Mrs. Keveney in the Main Office A.S.A.P. to get an accurate count. If you have not turned in your banquet forms yet please do it today.
There will be an Islamic club lecture today, Friday in room A-1 with guest speakers Osama Munaser and Belal Alzuhiry, Everyone is welcome to attend.
Senior party tickets and Sponge Dance tickets will be on sale TODAY during lunch hours.
Students electing to take an AP exam should bring payment to their AP teacher on Wednesday, March 21st. The AP coordinators will be available to collect the fee at that time. If you have multiple classes, you may make your full payment in any of your classes. If you wish to take an AP exam but you are not enrolled in an AP class, please make arrangements with Mrs. Armstrong in the counseling office to have your fee paid for by March 21st. Remember, there is a new reduced fee schedule. You may check with your teacher or visit the ACT website for the new guidelines.
