Last night the Girl’s Varsity Basketball team beat Woodhaven by the score of 69-53 in the first round of the Regionals to advance to the “SWEET SIXTEEN” Class A division. They will play again tomorrow, Thursday, March 8 @ 7:00pm @ Ypsilanti Lincoln High School, located at 7425 Willis Road, Ypsilanti, Mi 48197.
So come out tomorrow and support the Girl’s Varsity Basketball team.
2013 Officers there is a MANDATORY Sponge meeting on Monday right after school in Ms. Haddad’s room. You MUST be there!
UofM/Dearborn WILL be here on Monday, March 12 and the deadline for getting applications to me is this coming Friday, March 9.

Senior party tickets will be on sale Thursday and Friday this week. Then next week, March 13-16th during lunch hours.
Sponge Dance tickets will be on sale at both A & B lunches. Guest passes are available in the Main Office and must be returned by March 9th. The dance will take place on Friday, March 16th. Get your tickets today!
If you would like to take an AP test but are not in an AP class, please contact Mrs. Armstrong or Mrs. McAuliff.
Students electing to take an AP exam should bring payment to their AP teacher on Wednesday, March 21st. The AP coordinators will be available to collect the fee at that time. If you have multiple classes, you may make your full payment in any of your classes. If you wish to take an AP exam but you are not enrolled in an AP class, please make arrangements with Mrs. Armstrong in the counseling office to have your fee paid for by March 21st. Remember, there is a new reduced fee schedule. You may check with your teacher or visit the ACT website for the new guidelines.
Michael Berry students that have split schedules (for example if you attend Michel Berry 3rd and 4th hour). Will need to attend your core classes here at Edsel Ford on Wednesday and Thursdays adjusted schedule, and report to the auditorium during the time that you would normally attend Michael Berry.
ATTENTION 9TH AND 10TH GRADE STUDENTS:
Your attendance for the EXPLORE or PLAN test this Thursday is VITAL.
Please bring a #2 pencil and calculator that you are comfortable using for the Math portion of the test.
It is IMPORTANT that you give your best effort on this test since it is a “warm-up” and predictor for the ACT.
Your EXPLORE and PLAN scores are also used as placement criteria for elective classes.
