EF REPORT

THURSDAY, MARCH 31ST

  • Congratulations to the Model UN team for their performance at the Michigan State University competition. Award winners included Hassan Bazzi and Nick Toupin.
  • There will be a Model UN meeting Friday after school in room B-9. All students, especially those we have not seen for a while, are welcome.
  • Applications for next year Link Leaders are available now!  Pick up an application from any office, counseling or Mrs. McAuliff.  Applications are due April 15th.  Current link leaders must reapply!!!
  • Attention all seniors:  a representative from Henry Ford Community College will be at Edsel Ford on Thursday, April 7, @ 12:30.  If you are interested in attending HFCC and have not registered yet, please stop by the counseling office and sign up for this informational meeting.  The deadline for signing up will be Wednesday, April 6th @ noon
  • All robotics members must attend a short meeting TODAY, Wednesday after school in Mr. Scott’s room. 
  • NHS members – if you still have hearts and donations, they are due no later than TODAY, Thursday, 2:30
  • Senior Party tickets will be on sale TODAY, Thursday, March 31st during both lunches.
  • Huzzah!  The Shakespeare Club will be planning the 2011 Edsel Ford Renaissance Festival.  This will be an amazing event taking place on campus in May.  Please stop by F9 and see Ms. Prieur for more details.  Shakespeare Club meetings are on Wednesdays at 2:15 – please join us to plan Renaissance Festival events and to create coats of arms and costumes. 
  • Attention all senior student athletes.  The deadline to turn in your booster club scholarship application is fast approaching.  The application is due TODAY, Thursday, March 31, 2011. If you have any questions please see

  • In Honor of March is Reading Month, the Media Center will reduce all book charges and fines by 50% UNTIL TOMORROW, APRIL 1ST.
  • Do you own any old gently used clothes not in use anymore? 

There is now a clothing drive at Edsel Ford.  Donation bins are located around the school.  For any questions, contact Marwa Hammoud or Mrs. McAuliff.

  • Lunch is Chicken Patties!
