Come & join the EF Book Club for its first meeting tomorrow, Sept. 25th at 2:25 in the Library Media Center. All are welcome! We hope to see you there!
Homecoming court is practicing tomorrow at 2:20 on the track.
Anyone interested in playing for the junior powderpuff football team please attend an informational meeting today after school in the cafeteria. We will be ordering shirts so it is very important that you attend.
If you have failed a core class here at Edsel and are interested in making up the credit in a new after school program, please see your counselor immediately for an application. The cost of each class is $150 and you may take one class at a time. The Credit Recovery program is here at Edsel Ford from 2:25-3:25 Monday thru Friday. Credit recovery begins Thursday, September 25 at 2:25 in room F8. All students who have registered and paid need to report daily beginning the 25th.
All students: After school detentions has been moved to Room C5 this year. Avoid getting detention or you will be spending some quality time with Mrs. James!
Homecoming tickets will be on sale this week at both lunches. Prices are $40 for a couple and $25 for a single. Ticket sales will end Thursday, so be sure to get yours soon.
All students who drive in our parking lot must have a student permit, no later than this Friday.
Attention seniors: Baby ads are due to Ms. Beck in E12 by October 31st. See the yearbook staff for details.
Attention seniors: Senior pictures must be turned in to Ms. Beck in E12 by THIS FRIDAY if you want to be pictured in this year’s yearbook.
There will be a homecoming tailgate this Friday, September 26th from 5:30 to 7:00 in the student parking lot. Tickets will be sold at lunch for $7. Students, teachers, parents and fans are all welcome. All you can eat hamburgers and hot dogs. Face paint will also be available.
Attention seniors: If you are interested in receiving information about Baker College, a representative will be visiting Edsel Ford in early October. Sign up in the counseling office at least 24 hours in advance before the scheduled visit.
Now for today’s sports: Girls Varsity golf will be home against Dearborn High. Girls JV Field Hockey will be home against Dearborn at 5:30
