Edsel Ford High School

Daily News for March 6th

Good morning, Edsel Ford! Today is Friday, March 6th, and these are your daily announcements.

Hey Juniors:  The path to a successful future and a Michigan Promise Scholarship continues next Tuesday, March 10th with the MME.  Since the clock is “springing forward” this Sunday, you should combat the loss of one hour by going to bed AT LEAST an hour earlier and eating lean protein and complex carbohydrates!  Get into gear for a great testing year!  Remember to locate your own calculator or arrange to borrow one from a math teacher.  You can use calculators on the math portion of all three tests:  ACT, Work Keys and MME.

Seniors:  You are expected to attend school next week every day except Tuesday.  Monday and Friday are full days.  Wednesday and Thursday you are to arrive at 11:05, for hours 1-3 on Wednesday and hours 4-6 on Thursday.  The only full day off for Seniors is Tuesday.

The Class of 2011 will be selling pizza today for a dollar a slice outside the cafeteria after school.

This year’s Sponge Dance will be held on Friday, March 13th from 7-10 pm. Guest Passes and ID’s will be required at the door.
