Daily News for November 24th

Good morning, Edsel Ford.  Today is Monday, November 24th, and these are your daily announcements.

 

This is the last week to order delicious Otis Spunkmeyer cookies from the boys cross country team.  See anyone on the team or Mrs. Haddad if you are interested. All  team members will drop off their order forms and money to Mrs. Haddad’s room Wednesday after school, before Thanksgiving break.  Thanks for your support!

 

There will be a Spanish NHS meeting tomorrow, November 25th. This is mandatory for all those attending the elementary school outing in December.

 

Attention all students: we are participating in a new recycling program in cooperation with Funding Factory. Please bring your old cell phones and printer cartridges to the main office to be recycled.

 

Poinsettia sale pick up is today, November 24th after school in the auto tech room.

 

The following colleges will soon be hosting visits in our building, so sign up in the counseling office if you’re interested:

 

Schoolcraft on December 16th at 12:20 p.m.

 

Davenport University on December 11th at 12:15 p.m.

 

And U of M Ann Arbor on tomorrow at 12:20 p.m. Interested students must sign up in the counseling office by the end of the day today.

 

Attention all senior student athletes: The Michigan Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete Award Applications are due to Mr. Picano by the end of the day on Tuesday, November 25th. All applications must be complete.

 

Today’s lunch will consist of:

Nachos and cheese with meat, hamburgers, chicken noodle soup, Spanish rice, bosco sticks, tossed salad, assorted sandwiches, milk shakes, cheese rolls, and cookies.
