Daily News for March 28th

Good morning Edsel Ford. Today is Thursday, March 27th, and these are your daily announcements.  The Red Cross Blood Drive has been rescheduled for tomorrow, March 28th.  If you signed up, you will be scheduled for donation times based on your requested hours. If you are 17 and still want to sign up, please see Mr. Tyler, Kelly Mihalik, or Nadia Ourchane. Be sure to eat a good breakfast to donate.  

There will be an Islamic Club meeting today after school at 2:0 in B-13. All students are welcome. Transportation is not provided. 

Students: You will notice posters around the school. These posters are reminders that safe driving skills should become habits every time we get into a car. Sponge Dance will be held on Friday, April 4th. Ticket prices are $40 per couple or $25 for a single ticket. Guest pass applications are available in the student office BEFORE and AFTER school ONLY and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED after Friday, March 28th at 3:30pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

There will be a Teens for Christ meeting on Friday, March 28th at 2:20 in Mr. Mayoros’s room A2. We will be discussing something very important, so please don’t miss it. The meeting will last until 3:15. Hope to see you there! Yearbooks will be on sale during lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cost will be $65 until April 15th. After that date the cost will be $70 per book. Students may also purchase a book in room E12 before or after school. Books may be purchased with cash or by check made out to

 Students wishing to enter the Safe Driving Competition:     remember to turn in your paragraph to Mr. Tyler in C-3 by Tuesday, April 8th.    The dates for the test drives are either April 10th or the 11th. Today’s lunch menu will consist of cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, veggie pizza, chocolate pudding, hamburgers, pasta salad, spicy fries, Stromboli’s, turkey subs and cookies.
