We would like to invite you to the Project MENA PEDIGREE: (Progressing Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion in Genetic Research, Education, & Empowerment) event “MENA Student Advocacy and Careers in Genetic and Rare Disease Research” (April 24, 2024 @ 6-7 pm EST via Zoom).
This is a nationwide event open to students in high school and freshmen in college.
This is part of the first-ever rare disease and genetic research awareness campaign for Middle Eastern or North African (MENA) Americans! Our goal is to increase culturally competent resources and education in genetics research and genomic medicine for the MENA American community.
