Graduation is only a few days away! Below are some reminders:
So far the weather is looking good! We will continue to monitor the forecast. If rain is in the forecast we will make a decision on that day, maybe even an hour before the actual event if we are to reschedule.
- Graduation rehearsal is Friday, June 9th, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. and will be at least three hours long. Please plan accordingly (Rehearsal is mandatory if the student does not attend they do not participate in the ceremony in the evening. Caps and gowns should not be worn during the rehearsal. Tickets will be distributed during practice and each student will receive six outdoor tickets.
- In case of inclement weather June 16th will be our rain date.
- Graduation Ceremony is Friday, June 9th and will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Gates for parents/guests will be open at 5:30PM.
- Students need to arrive at 5:00 p.m. and report to the Auditorium.
- Students will park their vehicles in the staff parking lot for the ceremony. Remember to arrive at 5PM in the auditorium.
- Graduates must be appropriately attired for this event. The young men are to wear a shirt, tie, dress pants and dress shoes, while the young ladies should wear a dress or a dressy outfit and dress shoes. No flip flops or tennis shoes will be allowed. If a student is not dressed appropriately- they will receive their diploma but they will not walk.
- We want to emphasize that graduation and honors convocation are very formal ceremonies.
- Please note that anyone arriving after the graduation ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, all guests will be directed to an assigned seating/standing section.
- Air horns, beach balls, balloons or similar items are strictly prohibited and taken at the entry gate. Please do not bring anything to the ceremony that will detract from the personal recognition of each graduate.

التخرج على بعد أيام قليلة فقط! فيما يلي بعض التذكيرات:
حتى الآن الطقس يبدو جيدا! سنواصل مراقبة الطقس. إذا كان المطر في التوقعات ، فسوف نتخذ قرارًا في ذلك اليوم ، ربما حتى قبل ساعة من الحدث الفعلي إذا أردنا إعادة الجدول.
- تدريب حفلة التخرج سيكون يوم الجمعة 9 حزيران/ يونيو 2023 من الساعة 8:30 صباحًا. مدة التدريب ثلاث ساعات على الأقل. (التدريب إلزامي إذا لم يحضر الطالب التدريب الصباحي لن يشارك في حفلة التخرج في المساء. يجب عدم ارتداء القبعات والعباءات أثناء التدريب . سيتم توزيع التذاكر أثناء التدريب وسيحصل كل طالب على ستة تذاكر للحفلة الخارجية.
- في حال سوء الأحوال الجوية وهطول الأمطار يؤجل حفل التخرج إلى يوم 16 حزيران/ يونيو.
- حفل التخرج سيكون يوم الجمعة 9 حزيران/يونيو وستبدأ فوراً عند الساعة 6:00 مساءً. سيتم فتح البوابات للاهالي والضيوف الساعة 5:30 مساءً.
- (يجب على الطلاب الحضور في الساعة 5:00 مساءً والذهاب إلى قاعة أدسل فورد.
- سيقوم الطلاب بإيقاف سياراتهم في ساحة الموظفين لحضور الحفل. أذكر أن تحضر الساعة 5 مساءً إلى قاعة الحفلات.
- يجب أن يرتدي المتخرجون الملابس المناسبة لهذا الحدث. يجب على الذكور ارتداء قميصًا و ربطة عنق وبنطلون وحذاء رسمي. ويجب على الإناث ارتداء فستان أو زي أنيق وحذاء مناسب. لن يُسمح بارتداء الأحذية المنزلية (الشبشب) أو الأحذية الرياضية. في حال عدم ارتداء الطالب الملابس المناسبة – سيحصلون على دبلومة\الشهادة ولكنهم لن يتمكنوا من المشاركة في مسيرة التكريم وقت الاحتفال.
- نريد أن نؤكد أن حفل التخرج والتكريم هما احتفالين رسميين للغاية.
- يرجى ملاحظة أن أي شخص يحضر بعد بدأ حفل التخرج في الساعة 6:00 مساءً، سيتم توجيه جميع الضيوف إلى قسم مخصص للجلوس\الوقوف.
- بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يُمنع منعًا باتًا استخدام الأبواق الهوائية أو كرات الشاطئ أو البالونات أو الأشياء المماثلة و سوف يتم أخذها عند بوابة الدخول. يرجى عدم إحضار أي شيء قد يصرف الانتباه عن تقدير الخريجين.
