Game On! will meet in the Media Center today from 2:20-3:50 for all types of gaming fun.


All boys interested in being on the swim team this winter should attend the pre-season meeting on Monday, November 4th at 2:30 in the cafeteria.

Anyone interested in joining “THE BOLT” our school newspaper staff, we will be having our first meeting Monday November 4th after school in Mr Pletzke’s classroom F9.  We will meet at 220 and the meeting will last until about 230-235. If you want to be a part of this you need to come Monday to get all of the information.

Football athletes: Coaches will be available after school this Wednesday and Thursday to collect football equipment and clothing. Lockers must be emptied so they can be sanitized for next use in the winter.

There will be a meeting for Boys and Girls Bowling in room C-3 immediately after school this Thursday, October 31. All academically eligible athletes must have a physical on file or get one immediately if they make the team.

Attention ALL perspective BPA members.  Thursday is the LAST day to get in your money for registration before the November 1st deadline.  Please stop by F-8 by Thursday if you want to be able to compete in this year’s Regional Conference.  The cost is $30.

There will be a baseball meeting for anyone interested in playing this upcoming season TODAY,  Wednesday in the cafeteria at 2:30

TO ALL STUDENTS! There will be a very important informational meeting TODAY,  Wednesday, October 30th at 2:30 p.m. in the small gym for any student planning to try out for the boy’s basketball team.  Please see coach Baydoun in the counseling office if you have any questions.

All girls interested in trying out for basketball are encouraged to attend conditioning, which is scheduled TODAY,  Wednesday and TOMORROW, Thursday this week at 2:30 in the small gym.

Seniors who have never taken a dual enrollment classes are being offered the chance to take a college class that taught at Edsel Ford HS.

The class, COLLEGE SUCCESS, will give students a chance to discover ways to achieve academic and career success while in college.

Unlike other dual enrollment classes, there is NOT a GPA or test score requirement. It will be taught either 1st or 6th hour. There are only 60 spots. Sign in the counseling office and pick up a course description.

Attention Book Club!  This month’s read is Horrorstor by Grady Hendrix.  Please meet for treats and discussion Friday, November 8th in room E2.  See you there!
