CHARITY WEEK!!!

Happy prom season! Prom tickets will be on sale for all five days during the week of March  25th, the last day to buy tickets will be Monday April 8th. If you have not gotten a guest pass, be sure to get one before buying a ticket.

You can purchase raffle tickets during A & B lunch for your chance to win official Lion’s gear from Hakeem Valles! Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5!

Want to learn more about Engineering? An Introduction to Engineering class is being taught at Edsel next year. See your counselor this week for more details.

Hey there Edsel Ford, Arab Student Union at Fordson high school will be holding a poetry slam in Fordson auditorium. You will be hearing beautiful poetry inspired by the theme of identity. Tickets are 5 dollars at the door! Proceeded will be going to Islamic relief USA for the war in Yemen. Thursday, March 21, 2019 @ 7 p.m.

Attention Student Drivers: Would you like a chance to win Executive RESERVED PARKING?! Mr. Kotsogiannis & Mr. Abdullah are raffling off their parking spots in front of the school for Charity Week. Any student or staff member with a valid 2018-2019 parking pass is eligible. 4 winners will be drawn, two for April, & 2 for May. Tickets will be sold at lunch. Don’t miss out!

Senior Athletes: The Booster Club Scholarship application is now available in the Counseling Office and Student Office. Pick one up today!     

Fines for Charity: Pay your overdue book fees in the library this week, and the money will go to support  Reach Out Lafond!

Buy butterflies at lunch to support charity week!  Butterflies should be designed and returned no later than Thursday March 21st so they can be a part of the mural.  Small are $1, and Large are $3. Questions? See Mrs. Wachholz in room A3.

Attention all volleyball players.  There will be a player and parent meeting on March 22 at 7 pm in the cafeteria for the upcoming season.  The meeting will be about camps and off season conditioning.

Any student who is currently in 9th, 10th or 11th grade and is NOT in DCMST, and would like to find out how they can be part of DCMST, please sign up in the counseling office. There will be a Shadow a Student Day on Friday, March 22nd.
