Auditions for the Fall Performing Arts Department Production of “Clue” will be Tuesday after school.  The sign up sheet is on the board outside Mr. Doyle’s Room.

This show is based on the hysterically funny movie of the same name. Go ahead and search for the trailer on YouTube. It is a cross between an Agatha Christie Who-done-it Murder Mystery and a British farce.  Lots of fun. Looking for individuals who have great comedic timing and can keep secrets.  Come get involved!

ATTENTION READERS!  TO ALL THE BOYS I’VE LOVED BEFORE BY JENNY HAN IS OUR CHOSEN READ.  SEE YOU ON OCTOBER 19TH IN ROOM E2 AFTER SCHOOL TO DISCUSS AND EAT TREATS.  REMEMBER TO BRING A QUESTION.

The Class of 2019 is excited to host FORD Drive 4 Ur School TOMORROW, Wednesday September 19th from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Come on out and test drive a new Ford car or truck! Ford generously donates $20 back for every test drive taken during this event!  This is a wonderful community event open to the public. All money raised will be used to help pay for the after graduation all night party.

“Do you enjoy playing trivia games?  Do you have a lot of random knowledge?  Are you looking for a great school club to join?  Then come to the first meeting of the Edsel Ford Challenge Bowl team – all are welcome!  THURSDAY, September 20 in E-10 (Herr Sedore’s room) after school!”

“This year’s homecoming theme will be “Light Up The Night” (Tangled) on October 6th! Tickets will be $25 for a single or $45 for couples, and sales will start Monday, September 17th!!” Guest pass applications are available in the Student Office.

Students at Edsel Ford have the opportunity to participate in an in-school mentoring program sponsored by the Community Partners for Education and the American Association of Yemeni Scientists & Professionals (AAYSP) with partnership of Dearborn Public Schools. If you would like to participate, please visit the counseling office to obtain an application. There are limited spaces available

Part of our school wide PBIS behavior philosophy is that school events are designed for students that are in good standing both academically and behaviorally. These events include all dances, field trips, celebration of achievements, etc. Any student that has been Out of School Suspended is not allowed to attend these events. Additionally, if a student is OSS they are not allowed on school grounds or at any before or after school sponsored events while on suspension; this includes away sporting events.
