Daily News for March 13th

Good morning, Edsel Ford! Today is Friday, March 13th  and these are your daily announcements.

 

Today is the last day to purchase Sponge Dance tickets. Bring your money to either A or B lunch where class officers will be selling tickets.

 

Today’s assemblies feature the Conquerors Motivational Speakers Group to address the topics of “Success in School” and “Substance Abuse”.   9th and 11th graders attended  2nd hour.  10th and 12th graders will attend 3rd hour in the gym.

 

Girls varsity basketball players- uniforms, including all reversible jerseys, will be collected on Tuesday the 17th in the cafeteria right after school. Please remember to bring all of your uniforms, reversibles, and bag with you on Tuesday.

 

All students- OL Smith is sponsoring a family night on tonight from 6:30 to 8:30. Any student who needs some community service is encouraged to attend. Students will be helping with basketball, volleyball, floor hockey and dodgeball.

Attention French NHS Members: There will be a very important meeting Tuesday March 17th in Madame’s room to schedule our visits to Snow school. Please be there.

 

The Class of 2011 is also selling St. Patrick’s Day flowers for $1 at both lunches.  The flowers will be delivered to the student’s 1st or 2nd hour class on March 17th.  Buy yours today!

 

Senior Party tickets will be on sale during lunch every Wednesday and Friday through March. Get your tickets early!

 

Track conditioning continues everyday at 2:35 by the weight room! Come ready to workout!

 

This year’s Sponge Dance will be held tonight from 7-10 pm. Guest Passes and ID’s will be required at the door.  If you owe a fine or have been suspended in or out of school for any reason during the second semester, you will not be allowed to attend.

 

Today’s lunch will consist of:

Macaroni and Cheese, peas,  tomato soup, hamburgers, pizza sticks, cheese sticks, cinnamon rolls, new beverages, and Arizona tea.
