Attention all Seniors: Senior Picture Day is October 9th. Be sure to “dress to impress” for our class picture.
All students: After school detentions are in Room C5 this year. Avoid getting detention or you will be spending some quality time with Mrs. James!
Junior Powderpuff, practices will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 and Saturday at noon at O.L. Smith Middle School. Please be there if possible.
If you ordered pictures from the homecoming dance, you can pick them up in Herr Sedore’s room, E-10.
Attention seniors: Baby ads are due to Ms. Beck in E12 by October 31st. See the yearbook staff for details.
There will be an Islamic Club meeting on Wednesday, October 8th. The meeting will start at 2:30 and end at 3:30. Everyone is welcome.
Now for today’s sports:
Girls Varsity golf has an away division meet at 9:00 am.
Boys JV Tennis is away against Fordson at 4:00 and boys Varsity tennis is home against Fordson at 4:00.
Girls JV and Varsity Field Hockey is away against Farming ton High School at 4:15 and 5:30.
Girls Freshman, JV, and Varsity Volleyball are home against Redford Union HS at 5:30 and 7:00.
And boys Varsity Soccer is away at JFK High School.
Today’s lunch menu will consist of:
Ravioli, chicken noodle soup, hamburgers, crazy bread, spicy fries, cheese rolls, tossed salads, assorted sandwiches, strombolis and cookies.
And for today’s random fact:
The Main Library at Indiana University sinks over an inch every year because when it was built, engineers failed to take into account the weight of all the books that would occupy the building.
