Attention all seniors who are going to college to play athletics, please see Mr. Picano about the upcoming signing day.

It’s a great week to be a Thunderbird! Congratulations to boy’s varsity golf and girl’s varsity soccer for their victories over Dearborn High this week.

DODGEBALL TEAMS: You can still sign-up until Monday, May 10th! If we don’t have 10 teams signed up we will have to cancel! There is a spectacular teacher’s team so put together your teams now so you can show those teachers who really rock! Get your team signed up for $25 with Mrs. Haddad in room A204B!

Time is running out so buy your prom tickets NOW at both A & B lunch. If you buy your ticket before this Friday, you can be in the run for a raffle prize! Tickets are $100 a couple or $55 a person! This year it’s going to be a night to remember!

SENIORS: Guest passes for prom are available in the student office and are DUE NO LATER THAN today, May 7th… NO EXCEPTIONS!

EF cheerleading clinic/tryouts for the 2010-2011 school year will be Wednesday, May 19th for a 6-8pm clinic; Thursday, May 20th for a 6-8pm clinic; and Friday, May 21st for 5-6pm open gym with tryouts starting at 6pm. You must have a physical to tryout.

All seniors: The Exchange Club of Dearborn is sponsoring the Superintendent Scholarship Award in the amount of $5,000 for a graduating senior from the Dearborn public high schools. Seniors must have at least a 3.06 GPA and be an outstanding character and whose personal conduct is a positive influence on the student body. A 100 to 250 word essay will be required addressing the importance of community service, public service, volunteerism, etc. Please see Mr. Baydoun if you are interested.

If you have submitted an application to run for office, please stop by room C-3 and check the ballots to make sure your name is listed for the position you are running for during the current elections.

All football players: there will be a very short meeting on Friday immediately after school in the cafeteria. You will be given information for the summer and eligibility.

Sports: Baseball and Softball against Crestwood at 4, JV home and varsity away
