Attention all Spanish National Honor Society Members, there will be a short mandatory meeting after school on Thursday September 24th to discuss shirts and this years activities.
Need a dress for Homecoming? The class of 2010 is having a dress sale next Wednesday September 23rd and Thursday the 24th in the cafeteria after school until 4pm. We will split the dress profits 50/50 with the original dress owner and the class of 2010. If you have any clean, gently used dresses you would like to donate please see Mrs. Haddad in room A204. Thanks for your support!
Hey freshman! Do you want to help protect the Earth? Then sign up to join the “green club”!! We have lots of exciting things planned to do this year. Come see either Mrs. Haddad in A204 or Mrs. McAuliff in the academy office for more details!
Thornley Court Club will hold a brief meeting Wednesday, September 23 immediately after school, upstairs in Ms. Lawlor’s room. Everyone is invited to attend.
The following college representatives will be visiting Edsel Ford High School. You must sign up in the Counseling office for a blue slip. No blue slips will be given the day of the presentation. Wayne State 9/28 – 3rd hour; Lawrence Tech 9/29- 2nd hour; UM Dearborn 10/1 – 5th hour; Michigan State10/2 – 3rd hour.
The ASAP course offerings have been determined based on the needs of the students signing up for ASAP. You can pick up a course offering sheet today in the cafeteria. All registration forms are due in the main office TODAY. Full payment is due before classes begin. Classes begin next Wednesday.
Students and Staff – Please make sure you have a parking sticker on your car. Cars will be checked on October 1st. A preliminary count as of today indicates that there are currently 85 cars in the student lot without a parking sticker. Don’t get caught without one.
Students that are interested in free or reduced lunch need to turn in a new application THIS school year. If you have not turned in a current application you WILL NOT be receiving lunch as of October 1.
Todays lunch is: fish on a bun, Augratin potatoes, sherbert, fatoush, chocolate covered peanut butter balls.
