The winner of the 17th Annual MLK Scholarship Contest! Congratulations to all!

Edsel Ford’s very own Benefit Concert will be held THIS Thursday, April 28th, at 7:00. Donations will be accepted and all proceeds go straight to the Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House. The suggested donation is 5$. Come support your peers! Attention performers for the Benefit Concert: the dress rehearsal will be held Wednesday, April 27th, at 2:45 pm in the auditorium. Remember, this is not a last-minute time to prepare your act. This is simply to make sure the concert runs smoothly. If you cannot make it, please contact Jacob Gilman, Lilith Salens, or La’Daria Avery.

  • Find out the deadline to drop AP classes
  • Pick up your AP summer work
  • Pick up your AP commitment form
  • Please note that attendance is mandatory for students and parents/guardians, if a student wishes to enroll into Advanced Placement classes next year.

The Social Justice Club will be celebrating our rich diversity everyday this week!  Come by our food table during A lunch and Learn new things about your fellow classmate’s ethnicity and culture!!!

Congratulations to our Edsel Ford Engineering Club for their outstanding participation in Saturday’s Engineering Fair at Henry Ford College.  Their design prototypes were appreciated and the judges are already looking forward to having the students at HFC.  Students received cool gifts. Edsel Ford PTA Next Meeting on Tuesday, April 19, 2016

ATTENTION PARENTS:

Edsel Ford PTA will be discussing officers for next year at its next meeting on Tuesday, April 19.

If we are not able to find officers, the PTA may be forced to dissolve.  Please consider helping keep this important voice for parents and families alive.  Officers should plan to attend monthly meetings in the evening, but most other work can be done from home.  PTA provides scholarships, preferred seating at graduation, meals for teachers before parent-teacher conferences and a few other activities.

Tuesday’s meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Link leaders there will be a short 20 minutes meeting before and after school in the media center this Friday, April 15th.  The morning meeting will begin at 6:55 and the after school meeting will begin at 2:25. Each meeting will be about 20 minutes long. Please choose the one that suits your schedule best.  Please inform me if you cannot make it.
