Seniors; If you are positively going to attend Wayne State this Fall and have a 3.75 GPA please see your counselor no later than next Monday.
Attention student drivers: The security staff will be checking all vehicles in the lots for the appropriate parking permits. Please get your student parking permit before March 27th or risk getting at $70 ticket. Al and his team will be ticketing cars beginning March 30th.
The POP deadline, for interested 10th graders has been extended to April 6th. Please apply! Get paid to make public art!
The Class of 2017 Senior Party Parent Volunteers will be setting up a table during the Parent Teacher Conferences on March 25th with some wonderful prizes to raffle off. Raffle tickets may be purchased between 4-7 pm. Here’s your chance to win some great prizes such as a 3 Hour Limousine Ride, autographed Red Wing Items, Gift Certificates to your favorite restaurants and so on!
All NHS members are to report to the cafeteria TODAY, Tuesday March 24th at 2:25. Will meet for yearbook picture and video for orientation. Very important. Should be no more than 15 minutes. Also, we need 5 or more NHS members to volunteer at parent conferences on Wednesday. 3:30- 7:00 pm. See Mrs. Welmers to sign up.

Who wants to see Jesse Naim or Adrian Ljaljevic dance on stage as well as other classmates? On Tuesday, March 31st the Youth Affairs will be putting together a talent show called, Dearborn’s Got Talent! Tickets are $5 and will be sold at both A & B lunches until next Friday. If you have any questions, ask Mrs. Haddad.
Attention all senior athletes. There will be a yearbook picture taken of all seniors who lettered in athletics this year. The photo will be taken on Wednesday, March 25 promptly at 2:30 in the big gym. Wear something that says Edsel.
Room E-5 will be open for students who are in need of using the computer or printer during lunch hours on Wednesdays. Please see Ms. Tynan in the counseling center to sign up on the morning of the day you will need to use the lab. If you do not have a pass from Ms. Tynan, you will not be permitted in the computer lab. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be reminded that the media center hours will remain the same. This is just another option for students who are not able to go to the media center on other days.
Seniors: Please turn in a wallet size baby picture of yourself to Mrs. Keveney in the main office by March 31st. The Baby Picture Contest will take place at the Senior Party and prizes will be awarded to the top three winners.
Attention class of 2016 – now is the time to vote on next year’s homecoming theme! please come vote in room E4 by Tuesday, March 24!
Hey students! Do you know how many books there are in the Edsel Ford library? Place your guess in the box in the counseling office! The person with the closest estimate will win a $20 Barnes and Noble gift card! The winner will be announced when we return from Spring Break!
ATTENTION ACCESS STUDENTS!
ACCESS is planning a field trip to Cedar point on May 22nd. ACCESS will only be taking 25 students on this trip. Students will be selected based on their academics, after-school attendance, and behavior. For more information, see Mrs. Nasser at ACCESS.
Seniors….it’s finally that time to ask your special someone to Prom. Tickets will be on sale everyday, both A & B lunches, until May 8, 2015. Tickets are $50 for Singles and $90 for Couples. Thank you!! Guest passes are available in the Student Office.
Tickets for the EF production of “Once upon a Mattress” will be on sale during both lunch periods….We Thank you in advance..
The League of Women Voters will be in the building on March 31 during both lunch periods to register students to vote! You must have a valid and birth certificate to register to vote.
